We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics tools. Personal data is processed only to the extent described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, located in a data centre in Nuremberg, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Hetzner processes data only on our instructions.

The web server does not keep a general log of page views. When a technical error occurs, for example a request for a page that does not exist, the web server records the event in an error log. Such an entry can contain:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of the request
• Requested address and the error that occurred
• Referring website (referrer), if transmitted

We use this data solely to identify and fix faults and to detect and investigate misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 14 days, unless an entry has to be kept as evidence of a security incident.

If you contact us by email or phone, we store your contact details, the content of your message and any details you provide in order to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete this data once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep it longer.

5. Web fonts (Bunny Fonts)

To display text consistently, this website loads fonts from Bunny Fonts, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia. When you open a page, your browser connects to the Bunny Fonts servers and transmits your IP address so that the font files can be delivered. According to the provider, Bunny Fonts does not store or log personal data and operates in compliance with the GDPR. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. All scripts and stylesheets are served from our own server.
